Making available some 400+ new 1911 Barrels & Parts, from all model replacement barrels up to 7 inch in Bull Barrels in both conventional and threaded variations.

The Fusion Ultra Match Grade barrels are precision crafted out of certified stainless steel from the USA.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing of the Fusion Firearms 1911 Ultra Match Grade “UMG” barrels starts with 416R Certified Stainless steel (eddystone verified, Rifle grade),

These are gun drilled, reamed, precision broached cut rifled, hand honed and air-gaged bores, accu-bored chambers.

All are precision CNC machined and manufactured with basic fitting points on the back of the hood and bottom of feet, this allows for hand filing for a precision fit for lock-up and superior accuracy.

Heat Treatment: Stress relieve and heat treat, Vacuum Harden (38-42 HRC), Vacuum Temper.

This Fusion Firearms “UMG” 1911 Bull barrel is available as a standard barrel configuration.
