When Purchasing any Firearms or Firearm Parts, Magazines and Ammunition from Gun Supplies Website, these items in all cases required the completion of a Mail Order or Internet Sales Authorisation Form - 43A.

If you wish to purchase any of the items mentioned above, please download the Mail Order or Internet Sales Form below or by downloading the Mail Order or Internet Sales Form found throughout this website.

Upon your completion of the Mail Order or Internet Sales Form, you then must take this form to your Area Arms Office for them to verify your Firearms Licence, they will sign & stamp the form. The Area Arms Office will then email directly to us.

When Gun Supplies receives the signed & stamped Mail Order or Internet Sales Authorisation Form, we will ship your purchase to the address on the Mail Order Form.
